"Creativity enables me to perceive beyond the tangible, to extract the infinite out of the finite. It is an exploration into unknown areas so I may be free from all limitations."
My impressionist paintings take on an elegant modern approach like a dance or capturing lightning in a bottle. Each brush stroke defines where the image will end. In contrast, my bold abstract pallet knife works take on a conceptual avenue to translate my message.

My impressionist paintings take on an elegant modern approach like a dance or capturing lightning in a bottle. Each brush stroke defines where the image will end. In contrast, my bold abstract pallet knife works take on a conceptual avenue to translate my message.
I paint imaginative scenarios inspired by photographs or memories that reference my works through pictures of landscapes or locations from past travels. My greatest joy is camping and sketching exaggerated images on paper, then painting with oil onto large canvases or panels at the studio. Through much study and manipulation, I have created something that no person’s mind will recognize because it has never been before.
I enjoy telling a story through fictional realities revealed by painting in layers working with a pallet knife and a paintbrush, working side by side in unison, thus creating movement in my paintings. I eliminate all fear and control to find the best interpretation of my art, most of which I learned as a child and still apply to my painting technique today.
